About the Sully Station II Pool
The Sully Station II Pool complex is available to all residents in good standing with the Association during the late spring and summer months between Memorial Day and Labor Day.
The Sully Station II Pool is distinguished by it’s balance of pool and common ground recreation areas. In addition to the Olympic size swimming pool, there are 3 additional deck areas including a gazebo by the baby pool. Residents have the opportunity to rent the gazebo during the summer months for private events. There is also a wealth of tables and chairs for resident picnics or snacking during break time as well as chaise lounge chairs for relaxation.

How to Obtain Pool Facility Passes
All unit owners (or their designated tenants) who are in good standing with the Association are entitled to use the swimming pool facility. Residents are required to register to use the pool each year through the current pool pass registration system known as CellBadge.

Transfer of Pool Privileges from Owner to Tenant
Renters of Sully Station II are required to provide the management office with a Homeowner Transfer of Facilities Privileges to Tenant form each year the tenant will be using the pool facilities. This form must be signed by the homeowner indicating they are revoking their right to use the pool for the year and are granting this privilege to their tenant. This form must be completed in addition to registering with CellBadge.
Guest Passes
Guests of Sully Station II residents must be escorted by a resident with a valid Guest Pass who is sixteen years of age or older and must have a guest pass. Guests will not be admitted to the pool without such escort except for babysitters accompanying resident children if the parent or guardian has signed a waiver of liability form approved by the Association which will release the Association from any liability. The conduct of guests is the responsibility of the escort. The daily guest limit is five (5) per escort, which can be restricted if there is a special event or on a day that the pool is overcrowded.
A total of 10 guest passes are provided to each resident through CellBadge at the start of the pool season. Additional guest passes may be purchased at the Community Center Office in groups of five which are $5 each ($1 per pass/visit).
Swim Team "The Piranhas"
The Piranha Swim Team coordinates, organizes and plans the swim team meets, team fundraising, and related events. The team is has been with Sully Station II for over 20 years and has had the honor of hosting the Divisional meets many of those years, primarily due to the beautiful facility and well maintained pool. In 2009 the team won the Division 10 Championship, Division 10 Relay Carnival Championship, had 8 NVSL All Star relays, broke 22 Team Records and had the highest number ever of All-Stars and total swims, 9 top-10 finishes.
A member of the Northern Virginia Swim League, the Swim Team was developed to provide a fun, learning experience for Sully II kids from Ages 7 to 18. The Swim Team relies heavily on adult volunteerism throughout its different activities. There are two Representatives (a husband & wife team) and over twenty parent volunteers who serve the team.
