Sully Station II
Located in the historic Sully District of Centreville, Virginia, Sully Station II Community Association (Sully Station II) is a 1,320 home master-planned community in western Fairfax County located near the Stone and Braddock Road corridor.  Nestled within Fairfax County and community parkland, Sully Station II features single-family homes, townhomes, and estate lots. Children and adults connect with neighbors and nature on interlacing street sidewalks and an extensive trail system which flows through Sully Station’s common ground and wooded parkland areas.

The mission of Sully Station II is to provide for the maintenance, preservation and architectural control of the lots and common areas within the domain of Sully Station II, and to promote the health, safety, and welfare of residents.
