Sully Station II
Located in the historic Sully District of Centreville, Virginia, Sully Station II Community Association (Sully Station II) is a 1,320 home master-planned community in western Fairfax County located near the Stone and Braddock Road corridor.  Nestled within Fairfax County and community parkland, Sully Station II features single-family homes, townhomes, and estate lots. Children and adults connect with neighbors and nature on interlacing street sidewalks and an extensive trail system which flows through Sully Station’s common ground and wooded parkland areas.

Offering an abundance of amenities, Sully Station II prides itself on its Community Center, Olympic size swimming pool that is home to two different swim teams, variety of tennis and multipurpose courts, tot lots, and walking trails scattered throughout the neighborhood. Residents can take advantage of a variety of events hosted by the Activities Committee that include the famous National Night Out, Chili Bingo, holiday decorating contests, wine tastings, Santa's Ride, and so much more.

With its close proximity to both Washington D.C. and the scenic beauty of the Blue Ridge Mountains, Sully Station II provides residents easy access to both urban and rural attractions. Shopping, dining, cultural attractions and other businesses are plentiful throughout the surrounding area. The INOVA Fairfax Hospital is less than five miles from Sully Station II, and Dulles International Airport is only 15 minutes away.

Our Mission
Sully Station II’s mission is to maintain a quality of lifestyle for all community residents while also preserving homeowner value.  We work to provide each resident the opportunity to enjoy various recreational opportunities, the beauty of our community’s natural surroundings, and the company of neighbors while celebrating the various traditions and festivities during the year. The association acts as the vehicle to help bring neighbors together to foster a sense of community.

The Sully Station II community is “a great place to live and call home”.

Community Civility Pledge
Sully Station II is committed to creating an environment of open discussion and mutual respect between all Members and residents, the Management team, and visitors to our community. As such, Sully Station II holds itself accountable to the Community Associations Institute Civility Pledge. A copy of the Civility Pledge can be found here.
