Sully Station II
Located in the historic Sully District of Centreville, Virginia, Sully Station II Community Association (Sully Station II) is a 1,320 home master-planned community in western Fairfax County located near the Stone and Braddock Road corridor.  Nestled within Fairfax County and community parkland, Sully Station II features single-family homes, townhomes, and estate lots. Children and adults connect with neighbors and nature on interlacing street sidewalks and an extensive trail system which flows through Sully Station’s common ground and wooded parkland areas.

Offering an abundance of amenities, Sully Station II prides itself on its Community Center, Olympic size swimming pool that is home to two different swim teams, variety of tennis and multipurpose courts, tot lots, and walking trails scattered throughout the neighborhood. Residents can take advantage of a variety of events hosted by the Activities Committee that include the famous Spring Egg Hunt, Summer Extravaganza, National Night Out, Holiday Decorating Contest, Breakfast with Santa, and so much more.

With its close proximity to both Washington D.C. and the scenic beauty of the Blue Ridge Mountains, Sully Station II provides residents easy access to both urban and rural attractions. Shopping, dining, cultural attractions and other businesses are plentiful throughout the surrounding area. The INOVA Fair Oaks Hospital is less than five miles from Sully Station II, and Dulles International Airport is only 15 minutes away.
