Located in the historic Sully District of Centreville, Virginia, Sully Station II Community Association (Sully Station II) is a 1,320 home master-planned community in western Fairfax County located near the Stone and Braddock Road corridor.  Nestled within Fairfax County and community parkland, Sully Station II features single-family homes, townhomes, and estate lots. Children and adults connect with neighbors and nature on interlacing street sidewalks and an extensive trail system which flows through Sully Station’s common ground and wooded parkland areas.

Sully Station II’s mission is to maintain a quality of lifestyle for all community residents while also preserving homeowner value.  We work to provide each resident the opportunity to enjoy various recreational opportunities, the beauty of our community’s natural surroundings, and the company of neighbors while celebrating the various traditions and festivities during the year. The association acts as the vehicle to help bring neighbors together to foster a sense of community.

The purpose of this announcement is to notify you that the Board of Trustees (“BOT”) has scheduled a hearing to discuss proposed changes to Exhibit 1 of Policy Resolution No. 16, “2018 Architectural Design Guidelines and Standards” (hereafter referred to as “Design Guidelines”) on August 25, 2022 at 7:00 p.m.
The Design Guidelines set forth the requirements for the exterior appearance of living units and lots so that aesthetic appearance and environmental quality of our community are maintained. Do you want to make a difference in the matters that mean the most to you at Sully Station II Community Association (e.g., parking in townhome sections, contractors, policies, etc.)?  Then we encourage you to get involved by running for the Board of Trustees.  The Board oversees the business of Sully Station II in the collection and expenditure of Association funds, selection of contractors, management of facilities, and adoption of policies for day-to-day operations.  Our success as an Association and your equity investment in your home depend on a high level of interest and participation, and the use of our Members’ valuable skill sets.
2022 Pool Hours & Scheduled Closures

We are excited that the Sully Station II pool is back up, and ready for everyone to visit this summer! Here are important dates which will affect pool hours for the season.
With the school year drawing to a close, the pool will change to its summer hours; it will be open from 11:00am to 8:00pm Monday through Friday, and 10am to 8pm on weekends and holidays starting on June 11th.

Pool season is on its way and will open May 28, 2022! We are excited to announce that we will continue to use last year’s digital pool system, CellBadge. The CellBadge system allows for quicker and easier check-in and shows real-time pool usage, so you can choose a time that works for you to enjoy the pool.
