Sully Station II
Located in the historic Sully District of Centreville, Virginia, Sully Station II Community Association (Sully Station II) is a 1,320 home master-planned community in western Fairfax County located near the Stone and Braddock Road corridor.  Nestled within Fairfax County and community parkland, Sully Station II features single-family homes, townhomes, and estate lots. Children and adults connect with neighbors and nature on interlacing street sidewalks and an extensive trail system which flows through Sully Station’s common ground and wooded parkland areas.

Sully Station II’s mission is to maintain a quality of lifestyle for all community residents while also preserving homeowner value.  We work to provide each resident the opportunity to enjoy various recreational opportunities, the beauty of our community’s natural surroundings, and the company of neighbors while celebrating the various traditions and festivities during the year. The association acts as the vehicle to help bring neighbors together to foster a sense of community.

Special Meeting of the Board of Trustees
 
At last night’s Special Meeting of the Board of Trustees, we elected officers and liaisons and discussed priorities for the coming year.
 
The officers, who will serve one-year terms are:
      President – Jenna Brown
      Vice President – David Thomas
      Secretary – Karen Hogan
      Treasurer – Glenn Martin
 
The Board liaisons, who are non-voting Board representatives appointed to assist the committees, are:
      Activities Committee – Glenn Martin
      Architectural Review Committee (for the Estates) – Bill Perry
      Architectural Review Board – David Thomas
      Legal Liaison – Bill Perry
 
Other liaisons may be appointed as necessary to facilitate the completion of the priorities identified by the Board of Trustees.
 
The Board of Trustees identified the following priorities for the upcoming year:
 
● Improve safety and security throughout the community
● Improve and maintain the quality and types of amenities in the community
● Implement the recommendations made by the Parking Committee
● Update and reconcile governance documents
● Resume annual property inspections
● Revise and update the Strategic Plan
● Environmental Preservation
● Records Management
● Improve communication
● Increase Member engagement
 
These priorities will help inform the development of the 2023 budget and will be discussed further by the Board of Trustees at upcoming meetings.
