- Edging (in conjunction with mowing)
- Tree Pruning
- Aeration
- Overseeding
- Leaf Removal (November & December)
Common Area Tree Removals
Removal of Common Area trees are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Residents who are concerned about a tree in the Common Area impacting their home should notify the management office as soon as possible.
After being notified of a potential tree hazard the management team will send the request to the landscaper to inspect the tree and determine its condition. If the tree is found to be in good health, then the tree will not be removed. If it is found to be dead or in decline as recommended by the landscaper, then a proposal will be provided to remove the tree which will then need to be reviewed and approved by the Architectural Review Board and then finally by the Board of Trustees.
Common Area Drainage
Repair of Common Area drainage issues are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Residents who are concerned about a drainage affecting the Common Area should notify the management office as soon as possible.
After being notified of a potential drainage hazard the management team will send the request to the landscaper to inspect the area and determine its condition. Based on the inspection of the landscaper, and if action is recommended, a proposal will be provided to restore the area which will then need to be reviewed and approved by the Architectural Review Board and then finally by the Board of Trustees.
