2022 Annual Meeting Notice

In accordance with Articles IV and V of the Bylaws for Sully Station II Community Association (SSIICA), this email provides Notice of the 2022 Annual Meeting of the Association, which will be held virtually via Zoom on Thursday, September 22, 2022 at 7:00 p.m. Information to access this meeting is:

The primary business to be conducted at the Annual Meeting is the election of four (4) Members to serve on the Board of Trustees. In addition, Members will vote on amendments to the SSIICA Bylaws. The proxy and ballot will contain proposed amendments recommended by the Board of Trustees. A Town Hall meeting was conducted on July 21, 2022 to explain the proposed changes and to obtain Member input. A link to the recording of the Town Hall is here. The Association’s legal documents provide that each Lot shall have one vote. Voting is by ballot at the Annual Meeting. Members may vote in person, by absentee ballot, or by proxy. In an effort to increase participation and reduce costs, the 2022 election process will allow Members to vote electronically. Please ensure that your preferred email address is in your Member record on the official website at https://sullystationii.connectresident.com/. Emails regarding the voting process will be sent in early September.
